My name is Sam, and I’m the founder of SamSolution.

I recently made the Algarve my home, but my connec-on to property started long before that. For the past five years, I have owned properties by myself and have renovated several of them. Through that experience, I learned first-hand that owning a property is not just about having a place to call home. There are always things to take care of. A small issue can become a big one. A contractor needs access. Something needs repairing. The house needs checking while you're away.

And when you're not there yourself, even simple things can become very complicated.

That's where the idea for SamSolution came from.

I wanted to create a service that gives property owners a reliable person on the ground — someone they can contact when they can't be there themselves. Someone who doesn't just report a problem, but looks for a solution.
